This cozy and rustic cabin is 2 stories with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. An ideal place to spend pleasant moments in the company of your family & friends. It is 10 minutes away from Snow Summit and 15 minutes from The Village.

The space

Cabin layout:

1st floor with a full renovated bathroom with tub, living room area with Wood burning fireplace and Smart TV, you can connect your own streaming apps to watch movies and shows.

Complete new kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials to prep and cook. Coffee maker, baking sheets, oven, utensil, blender etc. Includes dishwasher. The laundry area is connected to the kitchen and it has a separate entrance to access.

The second floor area has 2 bedrooms; The first sleeping area is the loft. This includes 2 full beds and a twin bed, 2 dressers, a closet and a smart TV.

The primary bedroom has a queen size with close, half bathroom and its own TV.

The back yard is fully fenced and is perfect if you are traveling with your dogs.
We offer a propane BBQ and fire pit with a sitting area to enjoy with time with the family.

Driveway is flat and easy to park during the winter. There is parking space for 3 cars.

Max occupancy for the cabin is 7 and 3 cars.
We are a pet-friendly house, there is a$50.00 pet fee one-time charge per dog.

*Heads up, if it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide snowplow when snow is over FOUR INCHES. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.
