Whiskey Pines is a rustic escape, where you will be nestled in the mountains, in the upscale neighborhood of Big Bear City. From the backyard, you are surrounded by trees & calm. Take in nature & unwind under falling snow & stars. Start your morning or end your evening beside crackling fireplaces and enjoy real mountain living. This charming cabin now includes a brand new hot tub! 
(For snowboarders & skiers: seven minutes to Bear Mountain & nine minutes to Snow Summit).

The space

The cabin is located 0.6 miles to Big Bear Snow Play, 2.1 Miles to Grocery stores and 4 Miles to The Village and all restaurants and shopping stores.

The layout of the house:

1st Level:
-Modern Kitchen with granite and all steel appliances, Fully equipped with all the essentials to cook.
-Large open dining room area with seating for 6 people and extra sofa with coffee table, straight access from the living room area to the large back yard.
-Living room space with 2 sofas and Smart TV and real wood-burning fireplace.
-There is one full bathroom located in the 1st level of the house.

Exterior Layout
-Front flat driveway with 3 parking spaces.
-Back yard is fully fenced, which offers complete privacy from any neighbors, there is around 5,000 sq ft of yard that you can enjoy with your family and friends.

-BBQ propane grill.

2 Level of the house:
-Master bedroom with a Cal King bed and private deck
-Bedroom with a queen bed.
-Full bathroom and Washer and Dryer are located in the hallway.

Bedrooms Layout
-Bedroom 1 with a queen size bed and is located in the 1 level of the house.
-Bedroom 2 with a queen size is located on the 2nd level of the house
-Master Bedroom with a Cal King Bed located on the 2nd level of the house.

Other things to note

If bringing pets, it is $75.00 per pet, per stay, to accommodate our cleaning crew.

*Heads up, if it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide snowplow when snow is over FOUR INCHES. A shovel is on-site for guest use for any other snow removal needs. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow/ any acts of nature. Please be prepared to avoid needing towing. Additional plows can be arranged for a fee.

*Critters such as: ants, mice, spiders, moths, flies, chipmunks (along with bear, coyote, mountain lions, wild donkey etc) are native to Big Bear and it is typical in the mountains to have an occasional sighting of any of these small creatures, especially during particularly dry/hot seasons when they are searching for water. Please keep in mind you are booking a trip in the wilderness- we are in a mountain town & are located in THEIR territory. We prepare for such sightings with traps, spray etc, but we give no refunds for seeing any of these creatures & want to prepare our guests for what to expect. ***Please do not book if this is an issue. We only want you to have a great time*** If there is ever an abundance of ants etc, you can notify us and we can send our handyman to spray for you. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING ZIPLOCKS & STORAGE CONTAINERS to store your food & NOT leaving any food out (we do not supply because guests end up taking them home).
